General Policy
We offer a hassle-free return and exchange service. All requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after you receive your order. Please read the following terms carefully before submitting your request.
Eligible Items
Items can be returned or exchanged only if they meet all the requirements below:
- The products are unworn, undamaged and keep original appearance.
- All original packaging, tags and accessories are complete.
- The items are not clearance goods, customized or personalized pieces.
Note: Used, scratched, tarnished or damaged items caused by improper use are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Submit a Request
- Contact our customer support via email or live chat with your order number.
- Describe your request and attach relevant photos if needed.
- Wait for our confirmation and follow the instructions to send back the package.
- Do not send items back without our prior approval.
Shipping Fees
If you return items due to personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We will cover the shipping fee for exchanges caused by our mistakes, such as wrong items, defects or delivery errors.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The fund will be returned to your original payment account. The arrival time depends on your payment provider’s processing rules.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If your items arrive broken, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days upon receipt. Provide clear photos to prove the issue. We will arrange free replacement or full refund without extra cost.
Special Exceptions
Custom-made jewelry, personalized engraved items and final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged. This rule does not affect your rights for defective products.
