What materials are Lumunii jewelry made of?
Our jewelry adopts S925 sterling silver, 14K/18K gold plating and hypoallergenic nickel-free materials. All items are friendly to sensitive skin.
Can I adjust the size of necklaces or rings?
Most necklaces and bracelets are designed with adjustable chains. Rings are available in standard sizes. Please refer to details on each product page.
How do I maintain my jewelry?
Keep jewelry away from water, perfume and cosmetics. Store it in a dry pouch when not in use to avoid scratches and keep long-lasting shine.

Orders & Shipping

How long will my order be processed and shipped?
Standard orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Custom items need 3 to 7 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you after dispatch.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. You can also check order status in your account page.
Am I allowed to modify shipping address or order details?
Changes are available before the order is shipped. Please contact our support team with your order number as soon as possible.
